Daily Workouts Scientifically Driven to Maximize results
Our primary goal is your success. To help accomplish this goal we provide 2 workouts each day. With these workouts we’re not trying to make up exercises to capture your attention. We’re not trying to give you a workout plan so you buy our gym equipment and booty bands. We’re not trying to say or do outlandish things to generate social media buzz. We’re trying to help you shred fat and build muscle. We’re trying to make it so your gym crush flocks to your DMs like old people flock to Florida.
We want to strategically overload your body so you grow in the most efficient manner possible. We’re not going to post the same workouts you see on social media with as much logic as a butterbean. We don’t highlight insecure areas of your body such as “bra bulge,” “love handles,” and “back of arm fat,” and then create a myriad of random movements targeting the problematic spots. We provide workouts that use principles of muscle growth such as work, tension, motor recruitment, progressive overload, fatigue management throughout a workout, and damage management from workout to workout to rapidly improve your physique and performance. You can view the workouts on your phone as well so you’ll always know what to do when you’re in the gym!
