Let’s set up a 60 minute chat where you can ask me anything you’d like and you’ll receive straightforward, trustworthy answers.  Investing 1 hour can get you on the right path as soon as possible and set you up for sustained success in your future endeavors.

All Science of Sculpture members can ask unlimited questions on the site and they’ll always receive detailed answers.  However, sometimes you have a lot of questions based on your personal characteristics, lifestyle, and goals.  You know time is the most precious commodity as it is the one thing you cannot buy or buy back; therefore, you want answers quickly.  You can connect with me, and I’ll give you individualized, specific solutions so you can start progressing even faster.  We can discuss anything you’d like, and no topic is off limits.  Some common performance and physique related topics you might want to discuss…

  • Want to build a nutrition plan tailored to your lifestyle and goals?
  • Want to build a training program tailored to your lifestyle and goals?
  • Performance enhancing drugs
  • Combatting the negative side effects of performance enhancing drug use such as gynecomastia, high blood pressure, and acne
  • Testosterone replacement therapy
  • Stubborn fat loss
  • Fixing a “slow” metabolism
  • Dietary supplement stacks
  • Building muscle and burning fat at the same time
  • Overcoming plateaus
  • Preserving health and function over the lifespan

We can also chat about life outside of training.  During my time getting my PhD I’ve worked in many different settings such as division I athletics, private sector strength and conditioning, and research labs involving animals, humans, exercise, and nutrition.  I’ve also gained experience translating academic life to “the real world.”  I’ve taught personal training certification courses through both NASM and ACSM, instructed many different undergraduate courses, been employed by multiple universities, worked in multiple graduate school departments specializing in both performance and clinical practices, seen a few different undergraduate curriculums in the areas of exercise science and nutrition, and coached hundreds of clients ranging from a past winner of Ms. Georgia to gastric bypass surgery recipients.  Some common questions in these areas you might have are…

  • How do you manage the fitness lifestyle in college?
  • Any tips to help balance the fitness lifestyle, a social life, and keeping good grades?
  • What’s it like working with college athletics?
  • What’s the next step a personal trainer should take to keep advancing their career?
  • What are the best certifications to obtain to help achieve _______ specific goals?
  • What courses should you take during your undergraduate degree to set yourself up best for a future in _______?
  • What’s grad school like?
  • You’re thinking about going to graduate school: should you?
  • What should you look for when exploring potential graduate schools?
  • What are possible jobs after obtaining an exercise science or nutrition degree?
  • How can you offer more to your current clients as an online coach or personal trainer?
  • Looking back on your experiences, what would you do differently and why?

These are just some of the common themes and questions I encounter, but again, we discuss anything you’d like.  If you want to have an insightful discussion…
