1. Use your best judgement at all times. Feel free to use this rule in real life as well as on these forums.
2. No advertising, no spam, no links to your businesses. This is a place to work on your health and fitness, not a place to sell your foot pic collection. Since it comes up, Spam is an ad or sales link that someone didn’t specifically ask for. If someone asks you where you got your lifting belt, it’s fine to post a link. But, if you’re just posting links to your ebay page or fans only, we’re going to remove them. These forums aren’t about self-promotion, they’re about sharing with and helping each other be the best, most fit versions of ourselves possible.
3. Don’t say anything to anyone on these forums that you wouldn’t be comfortable saying in real life.
4. You can ask anything and everything. There are no health and fitness topics off limits. There is no such thing as a dumb question. More than likely, someone else has the same or a similar question. Ask away! If a specific topic related to you is too personal to share, then shoot Chester a DM on Instagram or email him at [email protected]. But remember, other people have likely been there or in a similar situation and they can offer good insight too. Getting multiple opinions based on evidence allows you to make the best decisions.
5. If you do debate with someone about a fitness topic, there are often times more than one correct answer and studies occasionally show contradicting evidence. Be logical rather than angry and always keep in mind that we all just want to get better. Don’t be afraid to be wrong and understand it’s okay to be wrong. Shoot, if I didn’t make mistakes along my journey, I would never have learned, corrected my errors, and ultimately improved. Respect coupled with an unbiased, open mind are the keys to life and this forum.
